The publisher operates under the small business VAT exemption scheme and charges no VAT on its own services. The subscription is nevertheless collected by Stripe under its Managed Payments arrangement: Stripe acts as the party liable for VAT due in the consumer’s country, collects it and remits it. The advertised price of €3.99 is the total amount charged, taxes included: nothing is added at payment time.

3PDF Reader is free and requires neither an account nor a payment. The 3PDF Pro subscription gives access to the editing, merging, extraction, forms, text recognition, visual signature and plan measurement capabilities described on this site.

The subscription is concluded for a period of one month. It renews tacitly, month by month, for successive one-month periods, for as long as the consumer does not end it. No minimum term applies: renewal can be stopped from the very first period. Each charge is invoiced by email.

The consumer may cancel at any time, without reason, without notice and without charge, from their 3PDF account or by email to contact@3pdf.net. Cancelling ends the tacit renewal: it takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid for, and access to Pro capabilities is maintained until that date. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period, which has been performed in full. At expiry the account returns to the free reader capabilities; documents created remain the consumer’s property and stay readable.

The consumer has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without reason and without charge. The model withdrawal form or any unambiguous statement sent to contact@3pdf.net may be used; reimbursement is made within fourteen days of receiving the request, by the same means of payment.

• Because access to Pro capabilities opens immediately after payment, the consumer expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledges this on the subscription page, where the notice sits above the payment button.
• If they then withdraw, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the days of access already supplied, in accordance with article VI.51 of the Code of Economic Law.
• This request for immediate performance is collected explicitly before payment; failing that, the fourteen-day period applies without reduction.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; no card data passes through the publisher’s servers. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to digital content and services: if the subscription does not work as described, write to contact@3pdf.net, which replies within five working days. Should a disagreement persist, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman, boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels (consumerombudsman.be). Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
