PDF content is read, processed and saved on your PC. OCR models come with the application. 3PDF may keep temporary files, backups, recovery files and logs on the machine.

The Microsoft Store distributes the application and its updates. This site no longer offers a direct installer.

- Session cookies keep you signed in to your account.
- The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views without analytics cookies. URL query parameters and fragments are removed before sending. No PDF content is sent to this service. The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies.
- Account and billing data are separate from the content of your PDFs.
Limits to keep in mind
3PDF does not provide PDF encryption, secure redaction, certified cryptographic signatures or PDF/A. A visual signature is an image; it does not certify the signer’s identity.
